You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please email hello@erelongmen.com with your order number.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- Show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non returnable once opened:
- Briefs
- Socks
Returns of these items will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Tank tops may be exchanged if tried on for fit and returned with tags in resale condition
- Briefs and socks may only be exchanged if unopened, with original packaging intact
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING
All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@erelongmen.com, including your order number and clear photos.
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
